The Petticoat Post Pass Terms & Conditions
The Petticoat Post Pass is an annual delivery membership offered by Pocket Watch & Petticoats. By purchasing the Petticoat Post Pass, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. What is included
The Petticoat Post Pass gives the customer unlimited standard UK delivery on eligible orders placed through our website for the duration of the active membership.
The membership runs for 12 months from the date of purchase and applies to standard UK delivery only.
There is no minimum spend required to use the Petticoat Post Pass.
2. What is not included
The Petticoat Post Pass does not include:
International delivery
Express, next day, upgraded or specialist delivery services
Return postage or return delivery costs
Any customs fees, duties or charges
Orders placed outside of the United Kingdom
Returns are not included as part of the Petticoat Post Pass and will continue to follow our standard Returns Policy.
3. Using your Petticoat Post Pass
The Petticoat Post Pass is linked to the customer account and email address used at the time of purchase.
To use the delivery benefit, customers must place orders using the same account or email address connected to their active Petticoat Post Pass.
The pass is for personal use only and cannot be transferred, shared, resold, exchanged for cash or applied to another customer account.
4. Annual renewal
The Petticoat Post Pass is an annual membership and will automatically renew every 12 months unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By purchasing the Petticoat Post Pass, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method annually at the renewal price shown at the time of purchase, unless you cancel your membership before it renews.
Customers can manage or cancel their membership by logging into their customer account portal.
5. Cancelling your membership
You may cancel your Petticoat Post Pass at any time through your customer account portal.
Cancelling your membership will stop any future renewal payments. Your delivery benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid membership period, unless a refund is due under your statutory rights.

6. Failed renewal payments
If a renewal payment fails, your Petticoat Post Pass benefits may be paused or cancelled until a valid payment has been made.
We are not responsible for missed delivery benefits where a membership has expired, been cancelled or could not renew due to failed payment.
7. Delivery times
The Petticoat Post Pass covers the cost of standard UK delivery on eligible orders. It does not guarantee faster dispatch or delivery.
All delivery times remain subject to our usual shipping processes, courier availability, public holidays, busy periods and any delays outside of our control.
8. Fair use
The Petticoat Post Pass is designed for genuine personal shopping use.
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or restrict a membership if we believe it is being misused, shared, used for commercial resale, used fraudulently or used in a way that is not in keeping with these terms.
9. Changes to the Petticoat Post Pass
We may update the price, benefits or terms of the Petticoat Post Pass from time to time.
Any changes to the renewal price or key membership benefits will not affect your current paid membership period. Where required, we will notify you before your next renewal so you can choose whether to continue or cancel.
10. Your statutory rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Your orders, returns and delivery rights remain subject to our wider Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.
